- 500g Dried meat
- 1Kg Don Casner yuca
- 1/2 Grated onion
- Parsley and green onion/chives to taste
- 1 cup Curd cheese
- Milk to taste
- Salt to taste
- Margarine to taste
Soak dried meat changing the water every other time to remove salt.
Tip: If you do not have time, boil the meat three times so it will be ready for usage.
Cook the meat. After cooked, remove the fat and shred into mid pieces, reserve.
Put frozen Don Casner yuca in the package inside a hot water bowl till unfreezes.
Saute onion on butter, add milk and salt. Mix them with Don Casner Yuca to make a puree.
Put the puree in a pyrex, then cover it with dried meat, parsley and green onion/chives, one cup of curd cheese and another layer of puree. At the end add grated cheese.
Put it in to the oven and let the cheese melt.
